WinwebSecurity

WinwebSecurity (Win web Security, Winweb Security) est une escroquerie en ligne et un parasite informatique. Il se propage en exploitant des failles logicielles (généralement des points vulnérables du navigateur) mais il peut également tromper les utilisateurs de façon à leur faire télécharger manuellement ce logiciel inutile. WinwebSecurity utilise des publicités en ligne pour attire les clients et leur donner envie d‘acheter ce logiciel malveillant.

Une fois installé, WinwebSecurity se met à afficher de nombreux messages intempestifs en rapport avec la sécurité. Il signale généralement des risques pour la sécurité ou la confidentialité ou affiche des résultats d’analyse du système.
